Glasses Malone, born December 10, 1979, is an American rapper hailing from Los Angeles, California. Growing up in the Watts and Compton neighborhoods, Malone found himself involved in gang life as a teenager. However, he eventually broke free from the gang lifestyle and got into street racing.

Malone’s music career began with mixtapes, “The Crack Mixtape” (2003) and “White Lightnin… Sticks” (2005), the latter selling 50,000 copies. He signed with The Black Wall Street Records, later moving to Cash Money Records in 2011. Malone’s first album, “Beach Cruiser,” was released in 2011, featuring singles “Certified” with Akon and “Haterz” with Birdman and Lil Wayne. In 2014, Malone launched his own label, Division Movie Company, and has continued to release music, including “GlassHouse 2: Life Ain’t Nuthin’ But” (2015) and “Glass House” (2021).

In addition to his music career, Glasses Malone has ventured into film, starring in and producing the movie “The Division.” He also appeared in Netflix’s series “The Fastest Car” in its first season.
