Mr. Capone-E, born Fahd Azam on April 27, 1976, is a Pakistani-American rapper, singer, songwriter, and entrepreneur who rose to prominence in the hip-hop scene since the late 1990s. Born in Peshawar, Pakistan, Mr. Capone-E and his family relocated to West Covina, California, where he grew up amid gang culture and eventually joined a Sureño gang. After serving time in prison, he made the decision to pursue a career in hip-hop.

In 2000, Mr. Capone-E launched his own label, Hi-Power Entertainment, and released his debut album, Mr. Capone E & The Southsiders. Over the years, he has released numerous albums, collaborating with artists like Nate Dogg, Snoop Dogg, The Game, and Glasses Malone. In 2017, he embarked on a bold project of releasing an album every month, resulting in 12 new albums that year.

Mr. Capone-E has expanded his endeavors beyond music, making his film debut in 2018’s Narco Valley and working on an autobiography titled Who Am I. He continues to build Hi-Power Entertainment, signing new talent and supporting the careers of fellow Chicano rap stars like Mr. Criminal.
