Marcel Wade, known by his stage name Cellski, is a talented rapper and record producer born on August 26, 1975, in San Francisco, California. With a career spanning over three decades, Cellski has released numerous albums and mixtapes, showcasing his unique blend of hip hop, west coast hip hop, hyphy, and Mobb Music. In addition to his music career, Cellski is the CEO of Inner City2K Records, which he founded to support and promote up-and-coming artists.

Growing up in San Francisco’s Oceanview neighborhood, Cellski found inspiration in the music of Too Short, who he met at the age of 13. This early exposure to the rap scene motivated him to start selling tapes from his car trunk in 1992. Over the years, Cellski has released multiple studio albums, including “Mr. Predicter” (1995) and “Legendary” (2018), as well as collaboration albums and mixtapes.

Apart from his music, Cellski has ventured into the world of fashion and gastronomy. In 2012, he launched Chemical Baby, a streetwear clothing line inspired by the toxic dirt and water found in his community. In 2022, he started a culinary popup called Big Mafi Burger, inspired by his mother and grandmother’s cooking. Cellski also holds an equity cannabis license with 2Took Farms, distributing Cookies, a product by Berner.
